（一） Borrowing: the borrowing period is 14 days which can be renewed. The number of borrowed items is as follows:

1. Each personal library pass can borrow 5 items.
2. Each family library pass can borrow 10 items.
3. A class library pass cannot borrow audio-visual library resources

（二） Renewal: if there are no other readers with a reservation to borrow the audio-visual library resources while the borrowing period hasn’t expired yet and the library pass hasn’t been suspended due to overdue library resources, individuals can use the library’s collection inquiry system to apply for online renewal within the borrowing period.

（三） Viewing within the library:

1. Readers can go to the Audio-Visual Resources Area to select films by themselves, and apply to borrow them at the audio-visual counter with their personal or family library passes. Readers will then get number slips to be seated for viewing these resources. Each individual can borrow 2 items (films) at a time, and the maximum time for viewing within the library is limited to 150 minutes.
2. Audio-visual resources that don’t belong to the library shouldn’t be brought and viewed in this area.
3. Please select “Public Presentation Edition” films for viewing in this area to comply with the provisions of the Copyright Act, and select “Home Edition” films for readers who want to borrow and watch them in their homes.

Readers viewing films in this area should stay quiet, refrain from making noises and eating or drinking. Individuals will be liable for damages to public property.
