1、The entrance will be closed after readers queuing up to use the study seats in the Reading Areas on the 2nd to 4th Floors at 08:40 have entered the library. Readers who didn’t queue up to study will be admitted to enter the library at the 09:00 opening time.
2. Readers with study seats need to queue up according to the signs on the ground; each tile is limited to one person, and 2 people or more queuing up in a single tile or people who leave are deemed to have forfeit their queuing position.
3. When the queues of study readers in the Reading Areas on the 3rd and 4th Floors are full, the Reading Area on the 2nd Floor will be opened for queuing.
4. When the queue for each area is full, please do not continue queuing up. Readers are recommended to go to other libraries to avoid missing out on studying opportunities.
5. The priority seats in each area, the special seats for reading in the library, and other special area seats are not for studying.
6. The laptop seats on the 2nd and 3rd Floors are only available for those who have brought their laptops.
7. Individuals who have queued up to study at the library should not leave the queuing floor before the library opens at 09:00.
8. Queue clearance time: once at 07:30 and once at 08:20.
9. Number slips will be issued on site depending on the number of people queuing up.

1. The Study Room on the 3rd Floor will be available for registration 10 minutes before it opens; number slips will be issued and admission will commence.
2. Queue clearance time:

• January, April 16 July 15, December:the queue will be cleared once every Saturday and Sunday at 05:50/06:50.
• February April 15, July 16 November:the queue will be cleared once Saturday and Sunday at 06:50/07:50.
• Weekdays:the queue is handled flexibly depending on the number of people in queue.
